By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using any platform operated by VIP Negócios e Soluções (VIP NEGOCIOS E SOLUCOES LTDA, CNPJ 40.112.276/0001-86), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platforms.
We provide subscription-based SaaS platforms that analyze historical data you provide or connect and generate personalized statistical datasets, delivered through your member dashboard. We currently operate a localized platform for the United States market and a localized platform for the German market, each with its own language, currency, and payment integration. We also offer Pocket-App, a data archiving and classification application built for the German market.
Outputs are provided for informational, research, reporting, and business-analysis purposes. They are statistical in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to subscribe to our platforms. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Every subscription includes a refund guarantee, described in full on our Refund Policy page. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless you qualify under the Refund Policy.
If you purchased Pocket-App as a consumer in Germany or the EU, you additionally benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, described in full in the Pocket-App section of our Refund Policy.

The platform, including its software, analysis algorithms, design, and branding, is the property of VIP Negócios e Soluções and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subscribing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose — it does not transfer ownership of any underlying technology to you.
Datasets generated specifically for your account through the platform are yours to use for your own purposes.
The platform and the datasets it generates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, complete, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Negócios e Soluções shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, requesting deletion of your account data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, including the United States or Germany where applicable.
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
